Hi!! We've had a great month. First and foremost, Heath's parents came to visit us! It was so great to finally have visitors. It helped the girls to realize that it really is possible for us to see our friends and family from America, and that we're not completely isolated from the rest of the world.
While they were here we made a trip to the Sahara desert. It was absolutely incredible!!! We rode camels into the desert at sunset, camped in Arab Berber tents, sand sledded, and rode camels back the next day. What a time it was. So, I have tons of pics of the trip. On the 12 hour drive we also drove through the mountains and stopped at two gorges. Hope you enjoy!!
Well, in case you didn't know, nothing ever goes as smoothly as you plan here....10 minutes out of the city we have a breakdown in the rental car...so we all stood around waiting for it to be fixed...about 2 hours. Just a note..three of the five times I've driven in this country, the car has broken down. Do you think someone's telling me something?
